Mill House Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of the home. This century old mill house kitchen has vintage charm and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Kitchen amenities include a pub table with seating for six, a coffee bar with two coffee makers (pot and single cup), range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, place settings for 16, pots/pans, bakeware, crockpot, toaster, electric skillet, blender, and common spices. The cozy wood stove (and free firewood) provide ambiance and warmth to your stay - situated between the kitchen and living area.
Sitting Room
The cozy sitting area has a large sectional couch, ready for hanging out or for late night conversations. The 47” LED flatscreen TV has cable programming and a DVD player. There are 100+ DVDs for movie binging. Amenities also include a Block Rocker Blue Tooth speaker system. Lap blankets are available for snuggling.
Dining or Family Game Night
Within the living area is a dining table that comfortably seats four for dining, family games, or puzzling. Casual conversation can be shared with other guests in the adjacent library or sitting room. A leaf is available to expand the area to fit six.
The Library
Warm wood accents welcome the guest who wants to just sit and enjoy a good book. Guests will find many best-selling authors and local interest books, 100+ DVDs, puzzles, and games to keep them entertained during their stay at Tucci House. The room also hosts a desk workspace (with some office supplies) with free wi-fi. Sitting includes a reclining love seat and a single recliner.
Bedroom 1: The Bear Lair
Located on the main floor, this outdoor themed bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands, dresser, full length mirror, and a spacious closet.
Bedroom 2: The Summit Room
We call it the Summit Room because the window of this second story hideaway provides a view of the majestic Mt. Shasta over the rooftops. This winter-themed bedroom has three beds - a queen, a full, and a twin size. The room also has a mirrored vanity and nightstands.
The Loft
The loft is located on the second floor and features two twin beds and a narrow twin guest bunk. Children and the nostalgic grown-up will appreciate the vintage games theme in this room.
Laundry & Bath
The laundry room has a washer, dryer, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, oversized pots and mixing bowl. An ironing board and iron can be found in the Bear Lair. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, towels, washcloths. Shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and three rolls of toilet paper are included with your stay. A well-lit mirror and small table are situated in the hallway for additional grooming space.
Porch & Yard Areas
Tucci House has a large, relaxing front porch with four Adirondack chairs and drink tables. There is a large lawn area shaded by a huge oak tree. An outdoor dining table and chairs is situated in a secluded side yard. A gas grill is ready for grilling. A carport and adjacent parking pad will fit about four cars. All kinds of wildlife (deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds) frequently visit Tucci House.
